Loyal, dedicated, fully qualified staff
All our team members have the relevant childcare qualifications and are fully DBS checked. In addition, they hold their paediatric first aid certificate, food hygiene and other relevant qualifications.
We follow Ofsted guidelines for staff ratio and each member of staff is responsible for their key children.
Frances
My name is Frances James and I am the owner of Kiddiwinks nursery which I have managed solely for the past 4 years and overall for 17 years. I am married and have 5 children and one grandchild.
I have a BA (Hons) degree in Childhood Studies and have gained my Early Years Professional Status. Before opening the nursery I was a qualified Registered General Nurse. I have a great deal of childcare experience and have attended many courses.
Away from the nursery I enjoy cross stitch and reading.

I have my level 3 in childcare with several years experience.
